As a learning specialist, I support students in overcoming learning challenges while helping them identify and capitalize on their strengths. I believe in a structured, systemic approach to instruction that incorporates multisensory activities to ensure engagement and retention of skills. I am certified in Orton-Gillingham (K-12) and have been trained in the Hochman Writing Method, SRSD, Wilson Fundations, PAF, Singapore Math, and other educational methods.

Hilary worked 1:1 with my son during his 2nd grade year. She used the OG approach to help him solidify his reading skills and develop his handwriting. He now reads at grade level and his stamina has improved significantly when he reads and writes.
